Homeorep is a sophisticated and adaptable homeopathic software designed for the repertorisation of symptoms, tailored specifically for professional homeopaths facing diverse clinical cases in their daily practice. The software incorporates Boenninghausen's Method, which addresses polarities and contraindications, facilitating effective symptom repertorisation. Central to the database is the original Therapeutic Pocket Book, which users can modify to include personal rubrics, curate active remedy lists, and even develop their own repertories. Furthermore, the patient record system allows for the storage of clinical data and repertorisations for each consultation.

• PERSO serves as an initially empty table where users can create their own hierarchy of rubrics in the structure of BOOKS > CHAPTERS > RUBRICS > REMEDIES. Users can incorporate rubrics beneficial to their practice over time.

BOENNINGHAUSEN’S METHOD

• This method represents an advanced adaptation of Samuel Hahnemann’s inductive approach. By reconstructing a complete symptom using only three rubrics—Localisation, Sensation, and Modality—users achieve an initial selection of potentially indicated remedies, reflecting the probabilistic underpinnings of this innovative repertory.
• Incorporating additional selected rubrics enhances the precision with which likely remedies are identified.

REPERTORISATION

• Homeorep computes and organizes remedy columns in the evaluation grid based on customizable priority sequences including Grand Total, Number of Hits, Sum of Grades, and Difference of Polarities.
• The software treats rubrics from both the TPB and PERSO tables equally. Users can manage their selected rubrics on the Selection page before viewing results on the Evaluation page. Combined rubrics can easily be copied into the PERSO table for further refinement.

PATIENT MANAGEMENT

• The Patient Data Management System facilitates the storage of personal and clinical data for each consultation, encompassing case taking, prescriptions, and repertorisations. Multiple repertorisations may be saved per consultation, along with an image of the evaluation grid and a list of selected rubrics that can be recalled for modification at any time.
